Hello sweet ladys and gentlemen,
today I am going to share one of the fluffiest cake recipes with you. I've made this cake for the first time..it was kind of an experiment but it turned out so good that I decided to share it with you all. This cake really deserves its name. It's like a sweet and fluffy cloud covered in bitter sweet chocolate and sprinkles of blueberries inside. I know, I'm going crazy about blueberries. But I mean they just are so damn delicious and flavourful and also very healthy. So why not putting blueberries in almost everything I eat?
So letst get started floks! Grab yourself a whisk and a bowl and start making one of the fluffies cakes everrr.
Ingredients:
270g all purpose flour
1pck baking powder
4 large eggs
250g softened butter
225g sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
250g blueberries
200g bitter sweet chocolate
Preparation:
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°C. Then, in a large mixing bowl mix the eggyolks, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extrect together. Now, gradually add four and baking powder. Beat the eggwhites until stiff and gently fold it into the batter with a spoon.
After that, add the blueberries and fill the batter in a greased baking tin and bake for bout 50 minutes.
