Good morning sweet ladys and gentlemen,
some people say "the early bird catches the worm". Well, i was never one of those early birds. Laying in bed as long as possible and then rushing to school without any breakfast. During time I realized that waking up early in the morning is not even that bad. So nowadays I am literally celebrating my mornings. The key to that is a healthy and delicious breakfast. For my breakfast I love to have fresh fruits, sometimes porridge and of course always a huge cup of tea.
I wanted to share my four favourite breakfast ideas with you to get you in a good mood to start your day!
1. Porridge with one mashed banana and some berrys on top
2. Soy yoghurt with fresh mango and some sprinkles of blueberry and blackberry
3.Crunchy gluten free granola with almond milk, apricot slices and again blackberry
4.Greek yoghurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nectarine and homemade honey
To wake me up I also have a cup of either black tea with milk or a light green tea with jasmine...sometimes I also treat myself to some decadent hot chocolate. Hopefully these ideas could help you to be a bit more enthusiastic about waking up in the morning and starting your day with a clear mind and lots of power.
